A little planning makes choosing their next home easier. Start with your animal, check the footprint, then compare the details that matter to you.
Find the right range
Before you choose
How do I compare sizes?
Measure your available length, width and height. Leave room to open doors, reach feeding areas and clean the enclosure. Check the model dimensions as well as its overall footprint. Our product finder helps narrow the range by animal and length.
Is the product shown the exact model?
Use the model code and product specifications when comparing products. Category videos are illustrative. Ask us to confirm any detail that is not shown in the product listing before ordering.
Will an accessory fit?
Match the accessory to your housing model. If compatibility is not listed, send us both model codes so we can check before you buy.
Where can I find assembly instructions?
Check the product page for available documents. If a manual or assembly detail is missing, contact us with the model code. Do not assume instructions for a similar-looking product will apply.
What does a demo price mean?
A price labelled “Demo price” is for the website preview only. The preview purchase flow does not take payment or place an order.
